Principles of Engagement
A one off intensive workshop on the Better Together 'Principles of Engagement' training is offered to government employees only as part of the Government's commitment to ensure that we have a public service that has the skills to undertake high-quality engagement processes.
These training sessions are provided so you can learn how to apply the Better Together principles in your work. The sessions also offer the chance to learn more about the State Government's Reforming Democracy policy and maximising public value. The workshop will support you to improve engagement in your workplace, creating a responsive and open public service that prides itself on real engagement, not just consultation.
